Dear Valued patients,

At OSS IBJI we strive to ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff and communities.

As part of our efforts to keep our patients safe and healthy as possible, we want you to know that if you have an appointment already scheduled, or if you plan on calling to schedule an appointment, we are asking the following:

Please come to your appointment alone if at all possible.  If it is not, we ask that only one other person joins you at the visit.  That person must be able to go in to the exam room with you, or must wait in the parking lot, as we are not allowing anyone to be in our waiting room. The patient, and the person accompanying them if applicable, will have their temperature checked upon arrival. The day prior to your visit, you will receive a phone call from one of our staff members and will be asked the following questions:

Has anyone in your household traveled internationally or been on a cruise within the last 14 days?

Has everyone in your household been maintaining COVID-19 safety usage of masking, hand sanitizing, social distancing, and avoiding social gatherings of more than 10 individuals?

Has anyone in your household experienced a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, respiratory illiness, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, have a developed a new loss of taste or smell, within the last 14 days?

Has anyone in your household had contact with a known, lab-confirmed case of Coronavirus?

We will be providing more updates on our procedures regarding COVID-19 as more information becomes available.

The physicians and staff at OSS IBJI are here for you!
